Ever wonder what is the real key to weight loss? The first step to being successful in your efforts?

Short and simple, the key to weight loss is your decision to lose weight!

Think about it – everything starts in your mind.

When you eat a fatty hamburger or a big piece of cake, it first started in your mind – you wanted it, you rationalized it, you decided to eat it. Right?

The same is true with deciding to lose weight.

On August 9th, 2012 I had an epiphany myself. The Shaklee convention had a theme of sorts for being an optimal weight. They talked about how a healthy weight is the entry point for good health.

I changed my mind. I changed my size. I changed my life.
