I share her story of what happened in this quick video as well as the difference in Vitamin D2 and Vitamin D3.
Here is the difference in Vitamin D2 and D3 for your best health:
After my daughter’s friend got on lyophilized Vitamin D3, she had her own testimony about how it helped her! Amazing. Check out what lyophilized means and why it is so important here.
So what IS the difference in D2 and D3?
In a nutshell, Vitamin D2, also known as ergocalciferol, is manufactured by our bodies but must be converted into Vitamin D3 for our body to utilize it.
It converts it through the liver and the kidneys. (God’s handiwork is so amazing!)
Vitamin D3, also known as cholecalciferol, is what we can get from exposure to the sun, but unless a large portion of our skin is exposed to the sun for many hours of the day every day of the year, we can’t get enough Vitamin D3 that our bodies need.
That is why supplementing with a good, high-quality Vitamin D3 is so important. And be sure it is lyophilized!
Entire books have been written on the subject of the health benefits of supplementing with Vitamin D3.
Vitamin D3 can help your body in so many different ways.
Grab some Vitamin D3 and write your own testimony about it like my friend did.
